What are your Terms and Conditions?
1. These trading terms apply to all purchases of goods from Vintagemay.
2. We do not agree to any other trading terms that differ from the below.
3. Credit applications for all subsequent orders must be completed and approved prior to placing of further orders.
4. Approved accounts strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
5.We reserve the right to an interest and accounts fee of 2% per month on overdue accounts.
6. Ownership of goods remains with Vintagemay until payment of corresponding invoice is received in full.
7. Goods will not be considered late if delivered any time during the month of requested delivery.
8. Vintagemay does not accept refunds or exchanges on “made to order” garments.
9. Garment Colours and print sizes on the website may alter slightly due to photography and print effects.
10. The Vintagemay brand and logo are registered trademarks.
11. Any reproduction of the logo or branding must have written authorisation from Vintagmay before it is used in any form.
